Description
Supplying water to group-A cities of mazandaran Province including supplying potable water 1.500 lit/s, for babol,babolsar,amir kola,Fereydunkenar,kalaleh, and villages on the route. the project is intended to supply water for 603,542 population of these areas up to 2036(horizon of project).the most important tanks,and pumping stations.diameter of main steel water transmission pipeline,water storage tanks,and pumping station.diameter of main steel water transmission pipeline of this project range from 600-1200 mm from reservoir of alborz dam to fereydunkenar.
Scope of Work
Laying water transmission pipeline :
Laying steel water transmission pipeline – 1200 mm – 260 m
Laying steel water transmission pipeline – 1100 mm – 35000 m
Laying steel water transmission pipeline 600 mm – 1250 m
Completing construction of babol 20000m water storage tanks:
Completing construction of pumping station and chlorination buildings
Constructing a security building ,and electric power substation,a building for switchgear room
Completing enclosing wall of the facilities area and construction access road of water strorage tank Facilities,greenspace,and other related buildings

Completing Pipeline for transmission of water from babol 25000-m water storage tank to amir kola and water supply and Return Pipeline from and to babol 20000-m water storage tank and distribution network as well as transmisson pipeline within the area of babol 20000 m water storage tank facilities including :
Laying pipeline using welded steel- 1100mm,1200mm,600mm,500mm,250mm,and 200mm
Installing cement lining and applying hot applied coal tar enamel coating
Crossing the pipeline under road or railroad tracks or other features,crossing rivers on steel supports and or tags
Construction valve chamber with overall of 180 m using c25 concrete
Building of babol 20000m water storage tanks including :
Excavation – 3000m
Concrete fromwork 1100m
Rebar steel work -19mt
In-situ concrete pouring – 700m
Heavy structure steelwork- 50 mt
Light structure steelwork- 37MT
Building materials for base and sub-base,and gravel and sand – 2000 m
Electrical installation of babol 20000 m water storage tank :
Manufacturing and installing MV switchgears,cable, and MV systems
Manufacturing and installing main LV power distribution switchboards,cables and LV system
Installing devices , equipment, transformers, meter 500 KVA diesel generator
Installing electric power poles and light poles within the area of water storage tank
Installing electric power installations of pumping station,chlorination , substation security , and electric power buildings.
