Description
The water pipeline consisted of 8- and 16- inch pipes (15 km). The project’s client was Kermanshah Polymer Company. The project was aimed at carrying water from the Felman water wells to the raw water reservoirs belonging to Kermanshah Polymer Company. Iran Ertebat Engineering Company was the project’s contractor.
Supply of all the required materials, implementation of all earthwork and mechanical operations, installation and commissioning of relevant facilities, and development of implementation drawings were, all, carried out by Iran Ertebat Engineering Company.
The main facilities included a CPS station and optical fiber cables laid along the pipeline.
Scope of Work
- Supply of all materials and spare parts needed for the implementation of the project for a duration of 2 years
- Implementation of all pipeline (8 and 12 inch in diameter) operations, 15 km
- Optical fiber cabling along the pipeline
- Construction of 2 8-inch concrete valve chambers and 1 12-inch concrete valve chamber
- Installing pipeline markers

- Excavation in earthy and rocky terrains, and explosion-prone areas, 500,000 m3

- Radiography and insulation of 1500 sleeves in different sizes
