The 56-inch pipeline starts from Kuh Sefid Village (Qom Province) and crosses between the boundaries of Namak Lake and Howz-e Soltan Lake running through the extremely rugged and swampy terrains before reaching Charmshahr.\u00a0 The 56-inch pipeline has expanded the gas transmission pipeline network operating through Tehran Province, Semnan Province and Northern Iran. The pipeline route was selected by the client due to its strategically significant location as it does not intersect with the South-North Corridor.
