It was aimed at enhancing public hygiene and general health in Tehran and managing urban wastewater by performing pipe laying operations (1200 and 1400 inch in diameter, 3 km), and constructing 20 manholes in the 22 municipal districts of Tehran (sadr Hughway, Gisha neighbourhoofd, Mansuri Street, Nazerian Qomi Street, and Shariati Street).
